KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
WHS CLASS OF 2023
Children who were born before September 30, 2005, can be registered for the incoming 2010-2011 Kindergarten class.
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
Kindergarten registration packets will be available at Denver Place Elementary, East End Elementary, Holmes Elementary, and the Central Registration office located at Rodger O. Borror Middle School.
Copies of the following documents are required to register a child in Wilmington City Schools’ Kindergarten Program:
Birth Certificate (vital statistics – hospital birth record not accepted) or Passport
Immunization Records – copy of immunizations to date at time of registration
NOTE: Must provide up-to-date, complete immunization record to be fully registered and start school on August 25, 2010

Social Security card or copy of 2009 Federal Income Tax return listing Child’s Social Security number

Custody papers (if applicable)

Proof of Residency (mortgage closing document, rental agreement, current utility bill)

Drivers License not accepted as proof of residency

Parent/guardian Drivers License or State Identification card

Parent/guardian Social Security Card
We would like to encourage parents to register their children in March to help us as we prepare to educate them this fall.
