WCS School Board

Board meetings are typically the 4th Monday of every month, except when the 4th Monday fall on a holiday or when students are on spring/winter break. Special meetings are occasionally held in between regular meetings and are announced on our website. Board meetings are open to the public. Upon request to the Superintendent, the District shall make reasonable accommodation for a disabled person to be able to participate in this activity.

If you wish to speak at a general session on a matter not on the general agenda, you must register your intention with the District Treasurer, Kimberly DeWeese, no later than 4:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the Board Meeting. If you wish to speak on an item currently on the general agenda, please notify the Treasurer prior to the start of the meeting.

BOE Subcommittee Meetings

The Board has a number of subcommittees that meet periodically during the school year. The subcommittees meet to examine and discuss specific (assigned) topics. Information from the subcommittee meetings can be utilized to help the Board make informed decisions at their regular Board meetings. There is no Board action taken at subcommittee meetings. These meetings are open to the public and minutes are posted along with other Board meeting documents.
