NEW WHS Performing Arts Hall of Fame!

WCS is excited to announce the beginning of the Wilmington High School Performing Arts Hall of Fame.  Wilmington High School has been home to many great people who have had an immense impact in the performing arts community.  We are excited to honor these individuals and to teach our current and future students about those who have left a legacy at WHS - paving the way for their current involvement in the Performing Arts.  

We are accepting nominations for the WHS Performing Arts Hall of Fame.  The criteria is below and nominations are due by November 1, 2023.

Criteria that all nominees must meet:

Musicians, Actors, and/or Performers

1. Must be a graduate of Wilmington High School
2. Nominees are eligible 10 years or more after their graduation
3. Must have made a significant contribution to one or more of the Wilmington High School Performing Arts programs while in High School
4. Post High School Performing Arts Accomplishments may also be considered

Directors, Administrators, and/or Boosters

1. Must have served in the Wilmington School District for a minimum of five years
2. Must have been retired from their position for five years
3. Must have made a significant contribution to the Wilmington High School Performing Arts
