WHS Alumni Spotlight - Olivia (Harris) Mustard
Our WHS Alumni Spotlight is on Olivia (Harris) Mustard from the Class of 2014. In high school, Olivia was a cheerleader for both basketball and football seasons (4 years). She also ran mid-distance in track and played french horn in Wind Ensemble.
Olivia’s favorite memory was her entire junior year basketball season. “We truly had an amazing varsity cheerleading squad filled with a lot of incredible girls. We spent all of our time together in and outside of school just being goofy and having a great time!”
After high school, Olivia attended the University of Cincinnati and earned a BA in Health Sciences, then immediately went on to earn a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Olivia shared that while it was a lot of hard work, it was the most fun 7 years of her life.
Olivia is currently a physical therapist at Drayer Physical Therapy in Wilmington. In August, she married her high school sweetheart Evan and they are currently renovating their home just outside of town. They enjoy trying new restaurants around Cincinnati and catching up with friends.
We asked what advice she would give to current WHS students. Olivia said, “Don't be afraid to branch out and follow YOUR dreams, even if they seem different than everyone else's. Do what is going to bring YOU happiness, and everyone who truly cares for you will follow along.”
We wish all the best to Olivia and are excited that she has chosen to call Wilmington her home once again!
