COVID-19 Communication

Report a Student COVID-19 Case or Quarantine to WCS

Parents are encouraged to notify the school if their student is placed in quarantine due to close contact outside of school or is diagnosed with COVID-19.  You can also call their school directly.

COVID-19 Case or Quarantine Reporting Form

IMPORTANT: If you have a positive case in your household, then it is critical that you also complete the Clinton County Health Department Survey  That will enable them to trace close contacts outside of school. The CCHD survey will be linked on the Thank You page once you submit your WCS form.

District Weekly COVID-19 Dashboard

To help our school community stay informed, we will update our weekly K-12 COVID-19 Dashboard in  every Monday morning with new cases and quarantines reported during the previous Monday through Sunday.

View the Ohio Dept of Health and the Ohio Dept of Education COVID-19 Health and Prevention Guidance for Ohio K-12 Schools document.

Please remember that our Weekly Dashboard will only indicate NEW information from the week, and not cumulative numbers. Advance the slides in our Dashboard to see reports from prior weeks
